## Bring Your Own AI (BYOAI)
FormsFly's AI features are built to run on your terms. Whether you need the convenience of a managed model or strict control over your data governance and compliance posture, **Bring Your Own AI (BYOAI)** lets you plug in the provider that best fits your organization.
## MYOB Advanced Connector
Direct integration support is being added for **MYOB Advanced** (and the **Acumatica** platform underneath it). If your team handles finances or project management in **MYOB**, this gives you a clean way to keep field activity and back-office records aligned without double-handling data.
## AI Smart Filters in Listing and Mapping Screens
App filters have always been available on our **listing** and **mapping screens**, but until now, they meant tapping through dropdowns one by one. With this release, you can filter those views using plain text prompts or voice commands.
## Action Button: Jump to Field
A new interaction has been added, called **Jump to Field**. It lets you point an **Action Button** directly at a specific field anywhere on your form, even if that field is several pages away. When someone taps the button, the form opens the right page and scrolls straight down to that exact field.
## Sync Updates
### AI Action in Sync
Sync has a new action: **AI Action**. You can drop an **AI Action** into any flow, write your instructions in plain English, and Sync handles the rest.
### Populate Dataset Action
A new Sync action has been added, called **Populate Dataset**, which lets you push structured records straight into a **Distill Dataset** during any flow. You can map your variables, schedule when the writes happen, and immediately make those records available to your dashboards and AI Ask.
### Seven Additional Sync Connectors
The Sync library is expanding with seven **additional connectors**, making it easier to move data in and out of the tools you use every day.
## Distill Updates
### AI Ask Widget
When we first launched the **Ask widget**, people used it mainly to search help docs and artifacts, but the **immediate feedback** was clear: they wanted to ask questions about their **actual operational data**. With this release, you can drop the **Ask widget** onto any dashboard and ask questions about your data in plain language.
### Distill Global Filters & Shareable URLs
Dashboard designers can now set up Global Filters for controls like date ranges or numbers. Instead of tweaking widgets one by one, picking a filter in the side panel updates the entire dashboard at once.
## Smaller Cycle Improvements
Beyond the headline features, this cycle brings several supporting updates across the platform.

### **Sync: The Glue**
Sync is a no-code automation engine built directly into FormsFly.
It allows you to create powerful workflows that move and transform data across FormsFly and your external systems. Instead of relying on multiple tools to manage integrations and logic, Sync gives you the ability to build these automations directly inside the platform.

While Sync focuses on movement and automation, Distill focuses on understanding your data.

## [Introducing the Pro User Tier and AI-Powered Voice & Photo Fill](https://help.formsfly.com/en/article/early-26)
AI is quickly becoming part of how real operational work gets done. Not as a gimmick or bolt-on, but as a practical layer that removes friction from everyday tasks. As we expand AI across the platform, we’re introducing a new user tier to support this shift.
## **The Pro User Tier**
The **Pro User tier** unlocks expanded AI access for teams that need AI integrated consistently into everyday workflows. It also includes access to all **current** and **future** AI-powered features as they are released.
The AI-powered features currently include:
- The **Form Generator** lets you create a digital form by simply typing or speaking. No more manually creating forms.
- The **Conversational A**I lets you customize your newly created form by typing or speaking to it. Quickly change the colours of multiple fields at once by just asking the AI to do it.
- The new **Voice Fill** **& Photo Fill** capabilities are introduced below.
All users receive a complimentary monthly allocation of 5 AI credits on the Web Portal and 3 AI credits on the Mobile App. This allows every customer to experience and experiment with these capabilities at no additional cost.
The goal is to continue expanding AI-powered capabilities across the platform to help you reduce effort, improve data quality, and move faster.
